The Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“the Act”) was passed by the Malaysian Government to regulate the processing of personal information in commercial transactions and has came into operation on 15th November 2013. In compliance with the Act which was gazetted in November 2013, we are taking all steps to ensure that all personal data and information within the meaning of the Act is securely maintained. PLB Group (Company No. 22646-H) & ENS Development (Company No. 673211-M), which includes the holding company, subsidiaries, associated, related and affiliated companies, whether present or future, (“PLB Group & ENS Development”) shall comply with the Act.

(xvi) Rental terms and particulars of units/lots rented out as per Tenancy Agreement.

3.1 All Personal Data collected by PLB Group & ENS Development shall be utilised in the following manner which shall not be exhaustive:-

i. to facilitate the process in preparation of necessary documentation in relation to the transacted matter;

ii. to post and inform PLB Group & ENS Development’s latest product announcements and upcoming events and to allow PLB Group & ENS Development to enhance various services and products sales, promotions and advertising; (Please let PLB Group & ENS Development know in writing if you do not wish to be informed on such updates)

iii. to send important notices, e-mails, letters or sms, like communications for the following transactions:-
a. sales and purchases;
b. tenancies and leases;
c. property management;
d. membership;
e. invitation to attend special project preview and functions or events; and
f. to vary PLB Group & ENS Development’s terms, conditions and policies.

NOTE: Personal Data shall be utilized for internal purposes such as auditing, data analysis, and research to enhance PLB Group & ENS Development's various services and products sales, promotions and advertising and valued customer communications.

3.2 PLB Group & ENS Development may share your Personal Data with PLB Group & ENS Development’s permitted, assigned or approved third party service providers that provide services such as facilities or credit funding, fulfilling customer orders, delivering products to you, managing and enhancing customer data, providing customer service, assessment of customer interest in PLB Group & ENS Development’s various services and products sales, promotions and advertising and conducting customer research or satisfaction surveys.

4.1 PLB Group & ENS Development takes the necessary precautions to its best endeavour, both administrative and technical to safeguard all Personal Data against loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, usage, alteration or destruction.

5.1 We will retain your personal data for the period as necessary to fulfill the many different purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is permitted or required by law.
